ASPLUND is not responsible for any errors in the depiction of the products, prices and stock availability on this website. We aim to show the colours of the products as accurately as possible, but we can not guarantee that the colours perfectly reflect those of the goods as they appear in reality. Neither can we guarantee that all images shown here accurately reflect their appearance in reality. Also note that the size of the products might not be proportionate. Therefore, see the dimensions of each product.
All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK), including VAT.
Payments within Sweden is through Klarna. You can choose between direct payment, invoice or partial payment. Your invoice will be sent to you the samt time as your order leave our warehouse.
For orders outside Sweden, we accept payment with the credit cards listed; Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express.
Stock & delivery
We try to have most of the items in stock and for immediate delivery. Some items however need to be ordered and have a longer delivery time. You will see the approximate delivery time specified on each product.
All delivery times are approximate and refer to the time from which we have received and registered your order until the item is shipped from our warehouse. Currently, we only deliver within the Europe. Some items are marked "Sweden only" and are currently sold only within Sweden.
Please note that during the holidays delivery time can be a bit longer. Our factories are closed during the summer and Christmas, so please add about 4 weeks on furniture made to order.
Orders have to be placed before 9th of May to be guaranteed delivery before summer holidays.
For Quick Ship, last order date is 16th of June.
Domestic transport & fees
Shipping is free for all orders over SEK 1500. When ordering for lower amounts, we charge just 60 SEK for shipping. You also have the option to collect certain goods at our shop at Sibyllegatan 31 or at our warehouse in Frihamnen. We will let you know when your goods are ready to be picked up.
Small packages are normally delivered by Posten or DHL to a Service Point. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a DHL tracking number.

European / worldwide transport & fees
As for the moment - we do not deliver abroad.

Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery. For items with visible, external transport damages, you need to inform the driver immediately and this needs to be listed on the freight document. Otherwise we can not claim from the shipping company. If you discover hidden defects or transport damage after opening the packaging, please notify us as soon as possible.
For all transport damage contact email@example.com, and in your email attach clear photos of the damage and any damage to the packaging. Please also quote your order number. When we claim the damage, we need to notify our transport company within 1-3 days, we would therefore greatly appreciate it if you report the damage within this time. Any product that we deem to have been damaged during transport will be replaced as soon as possible and free of charge.
Please note that when you yourself collect goods at our warehouse or DHL terminal, you must check the goods prior to taking the goods away. Transport damages that are noted after leaving the terminal will not be accepted.
You have the right to complain about a product in the case of a manufacturing defect with the product. Contact us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include clear pictures of the defect and state your order number. In the case of a claim due to faulty goods we will pay for return shipping and where possible, will replace the item with a new one.
Right of withdrawal
When you buy something at our online store we follow the ”Distance and Doorstep Sales Act”, which means that you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you receive the goods. The item must be in as good condition as when you received it, i.e. unused and undamaged. The original packaging must be saved and be sent back with the goods. When you use the right of withdrawal, you as a customer pay for the return shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping damage incurred on returns. Therefore, please send the return item well packaged.
In the case of the purchase of goods made to order, the right of withdrawal is not valid in full. In this case, the withdrawal is five days from the date you received the order confirmation.
Almost all our furniture can be ordererd in many different sizes and colours. This is why we are not able to have all choices in stock. The goods are therefore made after you place your order and can not be returned.
For returns, please contact us via email@example.com to receive the return documents. We will send them to you by e-mail or by post.
For returns of large goods (over 20 kg), we can help with the return freight documents. The payment for the return is adjusted with the refund payment of your money. Refund payment is made to your bank account and within 10 days of us having received and accepted your return.
Special 'made to order' products cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes all our furniture and carpets that are not in stock.
